Why don't you accept returns?
Natural stones are highly sensitive energetic vessels. From the moment you choose a stone, it begins absorbing and aligning with your personal frequency. Returning a stone disrupts this bond and imbues the artifact with transitional, unsettled energy. To respect the integrity of our stones and the seekers they are meant for, all adoptions are final.
How do I know which stone to choose?
Allow your intuition to guide you. often, you do not choose the stone; the stone chooses you. Read the energetic properties, observe the imagery, and notice which piece draws your gaze and evokes a sense of stillness or curiosity within you.
What if my stone arrives damaged?
We take immense care in physically and energetically securing our stones for travel. However, if an artifact arrives physically fractured, please seek out our support team within 48 hours of delivery. A fracture often signifies the stone has deflected a heavy energetic burden meant for you, but we will evaluate each situation individually.
Will the 'Notes' I provide at checkout affect my order?
Yes. The notes or special requests you share during checkout are kept close during the final cleansing process. If you share an intention (e.g., "Please attune this for protection from negativity"), we silently honor that intention during the stone's final preparation.
